We are hiring Management Trainees with or without any professional experience.

Role - Management Trainees

Industry Type - B2B – Software

Functional Area - Product / BD / Sales / Marketing / HR / Finance / Strategy

Employment Type - Full Time

Salary Package: INR 6lacs to INR 12lacs per annum

Eligibility Criteria:

Courses & Discipline: 3 / 4 years Full Time Graduates from MBA, B.Tech., B.Com, BBA, BBM, BMS, BA are eligible to apply.
Course Types: Only full-time courses will be considered. Part-time or correspondence courses are not eligible. Students who have completed their Secondary and/or Senior Secondary course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are also eligible if their other courses are full-time.
Highest Qualification: It is mandatory to clear and complete the course within the stipulated time duration without any backlogs to be eligible for joining LearnQoch if selected.
Backlogs/Arrears/ATKT: Up to 1 pending or active backlog/arrear/ATKT is permitted at the time of appearing for the LearnQoch interview process. However, no pending backlogs/arrears/ATKT will be allowed at the time of joining LearnQoch. All pending backlogs/arrears/ATKT must be cleared within the stipulated course duration.
Extended Education: No extended education will be allowed. Students must complete their course within the stipulated duration.
Gap/Break in Education: It is mandatory to declare gaps in education, if any, in the LearnQoch Application Form. The overall academic gap should not exceed 24 months until the highest qualification. Relevant document proof will be checked for gaps in education.
Work Experience: Please note that this role is for “Fresher”. Prior work experience, if any, must be declared in the LearnQoch Application Form.
Age: Minimum age: 18 years, Maximum age: 24 years.
Important Notes: Kindly note that LearnQoch has a stringent eligibility criterion and a robust selection process. Your eligibility as per the defined criteria will be checked at various stages of the selection process. At any point of time, if you are found ineligible or if data shared by you is found discrepant, your candidature will be disqualified.
