The above statement is the most important aspect while designing any system. Without data, most of the time our decisions are irrational and intangible which creates a loss of productivity and money. We at LearnQoch have kept the above statement at the center while designing the ERP/LMS modules for students, teachers, parents, and trustees. Any system which doesn’t have a mechanism to monitor, measure and analyze the processes, it won’t be able to deliver the desired outcome.
Our education system has realized the importance of technology in the last 18months due to Covid-19 which has badly affected overall teaching & learning. Almost all the schools & colleges are running their classes online without having an appropriate ERP/LMS software. With reference to recent reports from government and independent research bodies, our students are going through lots of stress to understand the specific subject-chapter-topic concepts which result in a lack of interest in studies. Online collaboration tools are designed to replace physical meetings with screen sharing, not for teaching & learning. Currently, teaching & learning have become monotonous where the involvement of students is almost negligible.
Now the question is “what is the long-term solution to transform current education system?”
While deploying any technology in the schools/colleges/universities we need to incorporate the interest of all the stakeholders like students, teachers, parents, and trustees. All these stakeholders are interlinked with each other hence ERP/LMS system should be designed in such a way that it gives data on a real-time basis so individual stakeholder is able to take the correct decision based on data not on guts/experience. Empower teachers and parents so they help students to grow naturally not by force.
Currently, the Indian banking system is doing 38196Mn transactions against 18653Mn and 2508Mn transactions from China and USA. This has taken over a decade for the banking industry to reach this level through technology similarly our education system can also transform learning & teaching through appropriate Ed-Tech software.
